It was truly an honor to be drawn into the passion of the Sacred Heart at the Houston International Festival last Spring. What initially began as just a random excuse for my wife and I to get out of the house to walk around downtown, quickly became a definite direction and meaning that had been predetermined. To meet you, see your amazing work, and hear a few of the stories that led to some of the paintings were truly inspiring.
Like the unexpected charge of energy at the festival that day, your paintings represent the underlying faith and beauty that is always to be found in the world, no matter how dark the times might seem. That really comes to the forefront in the style used to create the timeless images of such world-changing icons. There is always that tremendous skill and passion that goes into the worldly foundation of the piece, always complemented by a degree of something left to a mysterious faith or spirituality.
We are extremely honored to display your Bob Schneider painting in our home. To us, Bob's evolution in his work as such a multi-dimensional artist and singer-songwriter embodies a similar style that feels very constant and familiar. This piece represents the light and passion that always lives in the dark and musty clubs in the "live music capital of the world", where we grew up.

After much trouble getting it framed in time, I finally went to a little frame shop on Mockingbird and they came through. The owner was so impressed with your work, he told me there was no way he wouldn't have it ready for me! It was gorgeous when I picked it up on Saturday morning! Of course getting it in my mustang was a bit of work, but we made it. The party was a success, and I have to tell you my husband actually had tears in his eyes when we brought it out to him. He really didn't think I would get it for him. I cannot tell you how much he loved it! Along with everyone else at the party I might add...his brother wanted to steal it from him :)

My husband is thrilled with his John Lennon reproduction! It is beautiful, and the web pictures can't do it justice. I only wish we could own the original! Wouldn't that be great!
